Nature of the Service<\/h2><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1125\">O NautiBot AI \u00e9 um servi\u00e7o de integra\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica que permite aos operadores tur\u00edsticos instalar um assistente virtual (chatbot) nos seus websites.<\/p><p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1144\">The service includes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1357\"><li data-section-id=\"p0n1i0\" data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1179\"><p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1179\">technical configuration of the chatbot<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1w1kuvl\" data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1238\"><p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1238\">initial training based on the client's website content<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"g7ty2w\" data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1284\"><p data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1284\">connection to external automation tools<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1b60sjv\" data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1357\"><p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1357\">configuration of contact or pre-booking request submission flows<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1459\">NautiBot acts exclusively as a technical provider of software integration and configuration.<\/p><h1 data-section-id=\"1l1g2vm\" data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1501\">\u00a0<\/h1><h1 data-section-id=\"1l1g2vm\" data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1501\">\u00a0<\/h1><h2 data-section-id=\"1l1g2vm\" data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1501\">2. NautiBot's Role<\/h2><p data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2635\">NautiBot does not act as a data controller or data processor in relation to tourist data collected through the chatbot installed on the Client's website.<\/p><p data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2673\">NautiBot acts exclusively as:<\/p><div class=\"relative w-full mt-4 mb-1\"><div class=\"\"><div class=\"relative\"><div class=\"h-full min-h-0 min-w-0\"><div class=\"h-full min-h-0 min-w-0\"><div class=\"border border-token-border-light border-radius-3xl corner-superellipse\/1.1 rounded-3xl\"><div class=\"h-full w-full border-radius-3xl bg-token-bg-elevated-secondary corner-superellipse\/1.1 overflow-clip rounded-3xl lxnfua_clipPathFallback\"><div class=\"pointer-events-none absolute end-1.5 top-1 z-2 md:end-2 md:top-1\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"pt-3\"><div class=\"relative z-0 flex max-w-full\"><div id=\"code-block-viewer\" class=\"q9tKkq_viewer cm-editor z-10 light:cm-light dark:cm-light flex h-full w-full flex-col items-stretch \u037ck \u037cy\" dir=\"ltr\"><div class=\"cm-scroller\"><div class=\"cm-content q9tKkq_readonly\">a technical provider of software configuration and integration.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"\"><div class=\"\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><p data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"2791\">Upon completion of the installation and configuration:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2966\"><li data-section-id=\"srikvx\" data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2836\"><p data-start=\"2795\" data-end=\"2836\">NautiBot does not access the collected data<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1tu90b8\" data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2874\"><p data-start=\"2839\" data-end=\"2874\">NautiBot does not store that data<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"x9fsn1\" data-start=\"2875\" data-end=\"2912\"><p data-start=\"2877\" data-end=\"2912\">NautiBot does not control that data<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"nalma0\" data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"2966\"><p data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"2966\">NautiBot does not use it for any purpose.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h1 data-section-id=\"erkw7x\" data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3000\">\u00a0<\/h1><h2 data-section-id=\"erkw7x\" data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3000\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"erkw7x\" data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3000\">4. Technical Data Flow<\/h2><p data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3075\">The system may use external technological tools to function.<\/p><p data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3163\">Depending on each client's configuration, data may flow directly between:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3301\"><li data-section-id=\"1la0e8o\" data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3189\"><p data-start=\"3167\" data-end=\"3189\">the website visitor<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"cq0mgt\" data-start=\"3190\" data-end=\"3222\"><p data-start=\"3192\" data-end=\"3222\">the chatbot installed on the website<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"bfe012\" data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3246\"><p data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3246\">automation systems<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1o3zzuz\" data-start=\"3247\" data-end=\"3301\"><p data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3301\">storage services configured by the Client.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3303\" data-end=\"3355\">Typically, data is sent directly to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3357\" data-end=\"3448\"><li data-section-id=\"1jt4klf\" data-start=\"3357\" data-end=\"3386\"><p data-start=\"3359\" data-end=\"3386\">the tourist operator's email<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"a54wp2\" data-start=\"3387\" data-end=\"3448\"><p data-start=\"3389\" data-end=\"3448\">a database or spreadsheet controlled by the operator.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3450\" data-end=\"3520\">NautiBot does not maintain a centralised database of these contacts.<\/p><h1 data-section-id=\"1ktes8z\" data-start=\"3527\" data-end=\"3566\">\u00a0<\/h1><h2 data-section-id=\"1ktes8z\" data-start=\"3527\" data-end=\"3566\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"1ktes8z\" data-start=\"3527\" data-end=\"3566\">5. Third-Party Technology Services<\/h2><p data-start=\"3568\" data-end=\"3654\">The operation of the system may involve external technology platforms, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3756\"><li data-section-id=\"eetob2\" data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3677\"><p data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3677\">chatbot services<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"kqnorl\" data-start=\"3678\" data-end=\"3701\"><p data-start=\"3680\" data-end=\"3701\">automation services<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1wz3vi1\" data-start=\"3702\" data-end=\"3718\"><p data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3718\">cloud services<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"jwpall\" data-start=\"3719\" data-end=\"3756\"><p data-start=\"3721\" data-end=\"3756\">data storage services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3758\" data-end=\"3904\">These services may act as independent data processors, in accordance with their own legal terms and privacy policies.<\/p><p data-start=\"3906\" data-end=\"4009\">The Client is responsible for ensuring that the use of these platforms complies with applicable legislation.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"16qpn41\" data-start=\"4016\" data-end=\"4056\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"16qpn41\" data-start=\"4016\" data-end=\"4056\">6. Individual Client Configuration<\/h2><p data-start=\"4058\" data-end=\"4143\">Each NautiBot implementation is created individually for each tourist operator.<\/p><p data-start=\"4145\" data-end=\"4165\">Each client has:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4167\" data-end=\"4309\"><li data-section-id=\"1mmas2x\" data-start=\"4167\" data-end=\"4203\"><p data-start=\"4169\" data-end=\"4203\">their own technical configuration<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"d4g25s\" data-start=\"4204\" data-end=\"4257\"><p data-start=\"4206\" data-end=\"4257\">their own data storage destinations<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1t7rca9\" data-start=\"4258\" data-end=\"4309\"><p data-start=\"4260\" data-end=\"4309\">their own control over the data collected.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4311\" data-end=\"4403\">NautiBot does not maintain a centralised infrastructure for storing tourist data.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"811jvk\" data-start=\"4410\" data-end=\"4424\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"811jvk\" data-start=\"4410\" data-end=\"4424\">7. Security<\/h2><p data-start=\"4426\" data-end=\"4517\">NautiBot applies good security practices in the technical configuration of the service, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4519\" data-end=\"4651\"><li data-section-id=\"77d9s6\" data-start=\"4519\" data-end=\"4559\"><p data-start=\"4521\" data-end=\"4559\">use of secure connections (HTTPS)<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1n997vf\" data-start=\"4560\" data-end=\"4610\"><p data-start=\"4562\" data-end=\"4610\">proper configuration of the tools used<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1epytme\" data-start=\"4611\" data-end=\"4651\"><p data-start=\"4613\" data-end=\"4651\">security recommendations to the Client.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4653\" data-end=\"4758\">Upon delivery of the system, the Client assumes responsibility for the security of their accounts and systems.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"a9npm4\" data-start=\"4765\" data-end=\"4811\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"a9npm4\" data-start=\"4765\" data-end=\"4811\">8. GDPR Compliance Responsibility<\/h2><p data-start=\"4813\" data-end=\"4839\">The Client agrees to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4841\" data-end=\"5012\"><li data-section-id=\"1aevy8k\" data-start=\"4841\" data-end=\"4889\"><p data-start=\"4843\" data-end=\"4889\">ensure a legal basis for data processing<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"xwfhcs\" data-start=\"4890\" data-end=\"4950\"><p data-start=\"4892\" data-end=\"4950\">inform website users about the use of the chatbot<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"18bfhp7\" data-start=\"4951\" data-end=\"5012\"><p data-start=\"4953\" data-end=\"5012\">comply with all GDPR obligations and applicable legislation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5014\" data-end=\"5125\">NautiBot is not responsible for any infringements committed by the Client in the use of the collected data.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1j2o1qa\" data-start=\"5132\" data-end=\"5166\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"1j2o1qa\" data-start=\"5132\" data-end=\"5166\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p data-start=\"5168\" data-end=\"5280\">NautiBot's liability is limited to the provision of the technical service of chatbot configuration and integration.<\/p><p data-start=\"5282\" data-end=\"5315\">NautiBot is not responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5317\" data-end=\"5479\"><li data-section-id=\"12xcwk4\" data-start=\"5317\" data-end=\"5363\"><p data-start=\"5319\" data-end=\"5363\">the use of data collected by the Client<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ua1glb\" data-start=\"5364\" data-end=\"5406\"><p data-start=\"5366\" data-end=\"5406\">commercial decisions made by the Client<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1u787zx\" data-start=\"5407\" data-end=\"5479\"><p data-start=\"5409\" data-end=\"5479\">the Client's failure to comply with data protection legislation<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-section-id=\"aq2rs6\" data-start=\"5486\" data-end=\"5500\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"aq2rs6\" data-start=\"5486\" data-end=\"5500\">10.
